巴嚇醫師受順勢療法影響而開創的花精療法，完全體現了順勢療法簡單、安全、徹底的最基本原則。
花精就是這麼簡單的東西︰用盛開的野生植物的花朵浸泡在附近的新鮮的泉水中，在無雲的純淨的陽光下日曬或在室內煎煮，直到花瓣開始凋謝。
這樣獲得的植物水溶液就是花精的母液，用適量的法蘭西白蘭地（葡萄蒸餾酒）作為保鮮劑，就是我們買到的花精產品，食用的時候再每種取兩滴，這樣高度稀釋后每次食用四滴或1/3滴管即可。
By the deep influence of homoeopathy, Dr.Bach founded the flower remedy therapy which embodies completely the basic principles of homoeopathy: simple, safe and thorough. Bach flower remedy is just such a simple thing: put the fresh-opening blooms of the plants in the thin glass bowl filling with the vicinal stream water or spring water, allow this to stand in cloudless sunshine or boiling indoors until the flowers begin to wilt. The liquid we get in these two ways is the mother essence of flower remedy, adding an equal quantity of brandy as preservative, then it’s the remedy we buy in bottles. Taking two drops of each remedy we need into the dosage bottle, then we get our personal high-diluted remedy. Taking four drops or 1/3 straw of it, then our work is done.
